How can I register to become a Premium Member of Next Level Guitar?: Our registration process is quite simple. Simply click on the register link located below the login form at the top right corner of the website and choose the membership plan that suits your needs best. Create your user name and password & you are almost done. You will be redirected to another page to make your payment.
Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email from the website with yourlogin details. (Please check your Bulk or SPAM folders if you do not receive the email within 1 hour. Occasionally automated emails such as this are blocked by Internet Providers.)
Do you automatically charge my credit card again?: No, Only you decide if you want to renew your subscription at Next Level Guitar. Before your account expires you will receive an email informing you of your upcoming membership expiration date.
Or you can simply click on the "Renew Now" button placed in the User Menu at any time.
I have paid for the subscription plan but when i login it says account blocked?: Occasionally when payment is processed the information sent to Paypal our payment processor is delayed. If you cannot log in please click the contact us link at the bottom of the page and we will manually activate your membership promptly. We know you want to start rocking right away!
I accidentally paid twice for the same subscription plan. What can I do?: Please click the contact us link at the bottom of the page with your full name and email address used, we will confirm double payment and process your refund promptly.
I have forgotten the username or the password of my account. What can I do?: Please send us your question from the contact us link at the bottom of the page with the title "Forgot Username/Password" and we will handle that and reset your password. Please make sure you attach us your PayPal receipt as we need to know the username or the email address of your account.
I am registered on the website but I can't login to the forum. what's happening?: The user database from the website is different from the forum as it is a free service for all guitar players worldwide. All you need to do is go to the web address below and sign up it is FREE:

Why can't I access the Premium Members Area in the forum?: We offer an exclusive section for our premium members only called The Premium Members Forum. This is located underneath the Main Forum Section and includes 3 Sections: Ask David Taub, Premium Members Song Requests,Breaking News. In order to use this section of our forum and view their content you must be a premium member.

The private password needed to access this section of the forum will be sent to your inbox upon membership signup.
Some of your guitar video lessons will not load on my computer?: Please verify if you have installed quicktime plugin and it is enabled. Sometimes this plugin can block viewing our lessons. To do this go to Control Panel->Quicktime->Browser Preferences and uncheck all the plugins there.
