In this lesson Megan will teach you to spice up your strumming and make it more interesting and sophisticated in just a few easy steps. Remember we have all these wonderful choices when we play guitar and one of them is we can choose the rhythm we want to play. So you want to mix things up to keep them interesting. There are some rhythmic embellishments that you can throw into your strum to really spice it up – and these are easy and Megan shows you how. We teach you to practice the mechanics of a certain chord changes that you are stumbling on. It is so important to list the changes that you struggle with in your practice routines – make a list of the changes you find challenging and start practicing them as David outlines in this module. David teaches you to put a microscope to the progression you are working on and work diligently on the ones you have trouble with – this is the most efficient manner to conquer your changes. Remember, you are going to see many of the same chord changes over and over again – so you have to conquer them and they will be in your pocket forever. Make this part of your practice routine.
