In this lesson Tyler teaches some fingerstyle acoustic blues in the style of Robert Johnson and Eric Clapton. Its an alternating right hand style with thumb bass notes – the thumb keeps that driving bass line going. Tyler teaches that bass note technique with rest strokes but you can use free strokes also. Then Tyler adds the chords and teaches the progression. Close ups on the right hand teaches the right hand patterns and getting that bluesy sounds with the alternating thumb movements.
