This technique gives you a lot of different rhythmic variations that you can play with this device. Jeff then gets into the boogie part of the licks. Again using hammer ons for effect. They are truly the foundation to many other rhythmic styles. ben starts with an Ab major and 7th chords and also the same chord in a higher voicing. This one chord groove has a little slapback delay behind it and Ben goes over how to adjust the effect to get the needed trademark tone.
