Middle Eastern sounding rhythm/scale lesson MELECHESH style – 7:58 min

In this lesson Finbar teaches some middle eastern metal inspired by Melekesh. Finbar teaches a very interesting sounding exotic scale that he pulls this riff from. The scale is referred to as the Arabic Scale or Arabian Scale or also called the Whole-Half scale. Fin teaches this scale in the key of F and listen for the interesting sounding half steps throughout the scale that give the scale its middle eastern flavor. Fin goes over this scale both horizontally and vertically on the neck. Fin then goes on to teach some riffs built from this scale.
