Embellishing your SONGWRITING with MELODY in major key – part 3a – 9:58 minutes

In this module we continue with songwriting in major key. Now we go to the next step by taking the chords and doing things with them melodically. Its all about melody. You want to start spicing up your chords to create interest and melody.  We continue to teach a bit more theory in this lesson and get you on your way creating interest by embellishing with add and suspended and major 7th chords. IN this lesson we will continue with the same progression and strumming patterns that we have been working with in the previous lessons. But now, we start to teach you how to add interest and melody. Be sure to print out the chord chart that coincides with this lesson as well as the suspended chord and add chord charts written lesson – see link below.
