There is so much you can do with delay that the possibilities are endless. Listen to the Edge from U2 as he is a huge delay fan. Many players use delay and use it in rhythm and lead applications. Experiment and be creative with it. Just be careful not to overdo it as you don’t want it to totally take over the melody – just for added color and effect – enjoy!

This pedal kind of combines the sounds of Chorus-vibrato-phaser-tremolo and rolls it all into one wet, liquid, dreamy smooth type of effect. The pedal has 4 settings on it – Depth, speed, volume, and treble. The pedal has a pulsating light that reacts to the speed of the pedal – that is a nice feature. Jason then goes over the sounds that you can get with this pedal – it can do a lot and get all kinds of different sounds. Experiment and enjoy!

This is a simple unit with three knobs – volume, tone, and gain level settings. Metal housing is nice as the pedal is very rugged. This pedal is modeled after the original sounds from the famous Mosrite Fuzzrite pedal. The pedal is made in Southern California USA. Transistors and capacitors can be changed as per the players needs and wants. This is a very “nasty” sounding pedal – and not in a bad way but in a more out of control swarming sound. In this gear demo Jason Lee reviews the Six Strings Effects Buzzword distortion pedal. Get some fun overdrive meets fuzz sounds – very trebly and biting sounds. Jason goes over the features of this pedal and gives some great sound examples. The pedal has separate treble, miss, and bass controls. The fuzz settings are dialed in through the Grit and Gain settings. These settings really allow you the flexibility and variation with this pedal. The pedal has an all metal housing so it is pretty rugged. Jason then goes over various setting and sounds to demonstrate the pedal. If you are looking for a more overdriven combined with fuzz sound then this pedal may be just want you are looking for.

In this video they try out a vintage effect from Systech called the HARMONIC ENERGIZER. Its a very cool and different effect that takes the guitar tone and sweeps frequencies and adding or taking out harmonics. Frank Zappa used this effect a lot in many of his classic recordings. Cool effect!
